Singapore Green Labelling Scheme (SGLS)
Singapore Green Building Product (SGBP)

SGLS - Administered by the Singapore Environment Council (SEC) since 1999, the Singapore Green Labelling Scheme (SGLS) is Singapore’s leading environmental standard and certification mark with over 3800 unique products certified across 43 countries. The scheme aims to help the public identify environmentally preferred products that meet certain eco-standards.

SGBP - The Singapore Green Building Product (SGBP) scheme is a certification for green building products and materials. It is based on scientific and engineering principles and built upon the collective knowledge and expertise of the building and construction industry.

SS 620:2016 Good Distribution Practice of Medical Devices System (GDPMDS)

The Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMDS) is a mandatory audit for any organizations involved with importing, wholesale and distribution of medical devices prior to their license application. Certification against GDPMDS qualifies that products are consistently stored, transported and handled under suitable condition as required by the marketing authorisation or product specification.
In an effort to provide such assurance, organizations will require more than a few quality manuals. Organization needs to include appropriate procedures, suitably qualified personnel, correct processes / facilities / equipment as well as clear and timely documentation, to credibly demonstrate the consistency of quality assurance.

SS 577: 2012 Water Efficiency Management System

The standard includes a set of framework and guidelines, as well as suggested tools and best practices, for water users to adopt to make improvements to their water usage and efficiency.
It specifies requirements applicable to water usage, including monitoring, measurement, documentation and reporting, design and procurement practices for equipment, systems, processes and personnel that contribute to water efficiency. The standard facilitates organisations to prepare their Water Efficiency Management Plan (WEMP).

ISO/IEC 17025:2017 General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories

ISO 17025 is the main international standard for general requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories. ISO/IEC 17025:2017 is the most recent version of ISO 17025, updated from 2005.  In major countries, ISO/IEC 17025 is the standard most labs must hold accreditation in order to be deemed technically competent.  There are many commonalities with the ISO 9001 standard, but ISO/IEC 17025 is more specific in requirements for competence, and applies directly to those organizations that produce testing and calibration results and is based upon more technical principles producing many benefits for laboratories. 

This international ISO 17025 standard is applicable to all or any laboratory regardless of size or the extent of the scope of testing and calibration practices. It’s employed by laboratories to develop their management system for quality, body and technical operations.

ISO 13485
Medical devices

Issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the ISO 13485 standard is an effective solution to meet the comprehensive requirements for a QMS in the medical device industry.
